I am a twenty six year old female and for the last month my boss has been sexually harassing me and he started doing this when he found out that i am engaged every time he has a chance he tries to kiss me and grab me, i even caught him trying to smell my hair once. i dont know what to do im afraid of loosing my job because i have no other way of supporting my self my fiancee knows but he cant do anything about it because he is in jail and wont come out until Nov, any suggestionsNeed advice from you guys?

well if you have any friends in the office get them to notice the harassment too. this way when you file a lawsuit for sexual harassment in the workplace you will have more backup and credibility instead of it being his word against yours.
