Learn to be more outgoing.
get ';unshy';
become a 40 year old virgin.
raise your self confidence
just learn that you are just as good as everyone else. Also realize that some women are attracted to shy guys. I know I am. Just be yourself and practice approaching women. It will happen.
get yourself out there and be wild
Just be yourself....start with a normal conversation first as if you would talk to one of your guy friends...don't ever show in your eyes that you are talking because you are attracted to that girl or have intentions to date her...else she'll run away....first just talk normally.....when asking a girl out for the first time...make it sound as a very matter of fact thing...for example you can say '; there's this new movie playing and i wanna see it, do you care to join';...or if you have already gauged her interest ..for example she likes musical plays then you can just say that '; hey i have an extra ticket for this play..i thought of asking you if you are interested';...also on the first date just try to relax.. girls like guys who are not too eager...if you have the right chemistry th毛n ';things'; will fall right into the place...try to show her the real you inside that shy you..hope this helps buddy...good luck

Be yourself and learn to accept yourself for what and who you are. Self confidence and respect is key to attracting any female.
Stop being shy by doing something daring. Something that makes you nervous (but not dangerous) that you can push your self to conquer. Confidence is a muscle that takes practice to build.
get a hooker. they'll help you be less shy and then you'll get more women.

Think to your self what do you have to gain from being shy and what do you have to loose from not acting

Stop being shy and go for what you want..
If you can't say it, show it or write it. This is a first step in getting more comfortable expressing your feelings. Show it in acts of love/attention like flowers, carrying things for her, opening doors etc, write it like write a note or an e-mail letting them know you would like to get to know them better but feel a bit shy about doing it- most girls seem to think it is cute.

from experience, shy guys are usually the ones who treat girls right. just wait until a girl gets to know you. she'll see who you really are and will fall in love with you. it's so hard to become outgoing and it will change who you are so i don't recommend it. be yourself and try to ask a girl for her number and see how it goes. you'll have a lot better luck being yourself. good luck!

Remember that it's all a numbers game. The more you ask the more likely you are to get. That's it. Just keep trying. Be yourself otherwise you'll end up with a goofball.
