I know we're too young he's 12. But I really like him...
We all know that our parents will kill us if we asked 'em about this issue...I know that they don't want us to have BF or GF b/c it would affect our grades. But for me, It won't. Instead, it would be an inspiration for us to do better...I don't know what to do.
I don't want him to feel that I don't like him..

You are both to young to have a b/f g/f relationship. At your age you both should be doing group activities with the opposite sex. You and a few other girls can go roller skating with him and a few other boys. That way, you can talk to each other and be with him but not as a couple. I'm sure that you can think of a lot of things that are group activities that you and he can do together.
I'm not just saying this to be mean. You and he are just starting a maturing process that depends somewhat on your internal physical body (and your mind). Your body has just started to mature sexually and your mind/brain has just started to develop your ability for abstract reasoning.
You parents are really your best advice givers now, not your friends.

you should have a BF your not that young i had boyfriends in 6th grade but keep it G rated holding hands and only kisses on the cheek

8 years from now I will give you the answer to this question.
i started going out with my boyfriend when i was 11 and we are still together, i think you should go out with him, if you like him, and for your parents, you should work very hard at school, and after about one month, tell them that your grades are up because you have a boyfriend, then they will have to let you be with him, it worked for me.

go out with him, at your age its only going to be for fun anyway, have no worries about your parents, just keep up your grades and you'll be fine

Don't worry about ';boyfriend/girlfriend'; yet, try and be BEST friends for a year or so first and see if you both are ready for that.
Once you get the hang of being best friends, you might be ready to think about the whole ';boyfriend/girlfriend'; thing. Trust me, it's all a lot harder than it looks, it takes practice and you have to work up to it.
It's like juggling, you start with simple things like tennis balls, before you work your way up to chain saws.
Just stay friends. It's a lot less complicated this way too.
i do not think that is too young to have a bf, and he is not that much older then yourself so that is a good start..
remember that you have to prove your parents wrong in that you will be doing the right thing with having him as your bf. if your grades or behavior goes down then you will find that they might know then so be shore to stay up with your school or expect your parents to not wont you dating till your in your 80's (but i think that you would get off grounding by the time your in your 40's :) )
if you like him and think that your ready to handle all you have now and then him too then go for it have fun. but keep it to kissing, holding hands and so on would not wont to see you on in your teens saying am i prego!!
